Two Ball Pickup is a great drill to work finishing at the rim through fatigue.
In this variation, I’ll slowly move the ball farther and farther from the rim. It’s important for your player to get low and take a big initial step after grabbing the ball off the ground. As fatigue sets in you can see our guy Grant (he was working hard though!) getting taller on his initial step and thus not covering as much ground.
There’s many ways of setting this drill up, you can go competition on different hoops, first to a certain number wins, you can put timer on it see how many dunks they can score in a certain time!
