There are many variations of zig-zag drills out there. This one adds a competitive component in which the offensive player must reach the baseline under 10 seconds. If the defender stops the offensive player from making it then the offensive player has to do push-ups. We usually run this drill two times through.

There are many variations of man in the middle drills. In this one the offensive player is only allowed 1 dribble to break the trap. On deflection or tip, have defense go to offense.
