Workout:
10 Squat Jumps (Arm drive is important, reach for that rebound)
10 Bounds (Arm drive and Knee drive are important, try and leap as far forward as possible)
20 Mountain Climbers (Engage your core, and pump those legs)
30 Ft. Partner resisted skips (mimic a lay-up, get as high as possible)
