We finish every practice with some sort of pressure Free Throw game. I picked this gem up from Coach @msimonsonspu 👊🏼💥.
This drill helps your players get used to the pressure that follows a late game free throw. The more your players experience this type of pressure, the more likely they’ll be able to handle it during a live game. .. 4 minutes on the clock, 1-2 guys at each hoop, players take turns shooting a free throw, make a certain amount in a row within 4 minutes. If not, “on the baseline” 😜
