This is a fun shooting drill that incorporates a solid amount of conditioning as well.
The key to this drill is for guys to able to sprint hard (focus on first three steps after each shot attempt) and then be able to gradually slow down, get their feet under them, and find their rhythm as they prepare to shoot. Stay tuned for a progression to this drill, that incorporates another player and adds a competition factor.
