@samsinger2 and @sdomingo31 attack this court conditioning drill, I like to use as a finisher to our individual workouts. They must make a minimum of two moves (they can do whatever they like, they just can’t do the same move 2 reps in a row). You can have them go versus a timer or like we did in this clip a total number of makes. They had to score the ball 8x with a minimum of two moves being made per basket and you don’t have too, but I like getting in the drill and making them finish through a little contact. Just make sure your feet are no where near their feet when they land. The last thing you need is one of your players spraining an ankle.
