@sdomingo31 getting after it with the 8 spot shooting drill. I like this drill as a court conditioning drill, player starts off with a break away layup, then goes right into a short corner jump shot, then to high post area, touches half court and finishes the 1st side of the drill with a trail 3 (ALWAYS keep the environment positive and conducive to learning even if the radio has other plans lol) . You can progress the drill to shots off the bounce, multiple moves, or whatever you can think of. Give players adequate rest periods in between sets. When it’s time to go, go hard, when it’s time to rest, rest. Understand that your body responds well to peaks and valleys within training sessions. Players have to make 6/8 to get out of the drill.
