@sdomingo31 and @samsinger2 getting after it with the hand slap react drill. I learned this drill while interning for a great player development coach Mark Grabow. I like to incorporate this drill after the players are warmed up. This drill cranks it up a bit and gets their central nervous system going as they have to slap hands, dribble, and then react to as I open my gate and they go in that direction Here we progressed from one dribble jumper, step back jumper, step back cross jumper. Progress however you’d like. Have them make two shots then move into next progression. The low reps help to keep the drill crisp and high energy! @kevytv for the great camera work!
