Hold each plank for 30 seconds, two rounds through should do the job 🙂
ScottThom: great job on the videos. One more maybe to think about which you probably already do is when you’re on the ball in your plank series after doing the rotations maybe throw in some what I call push aways. Same position on the ball but push both hands away for reps. Feels good and deep right behind the belly button.
