With our hoop season coming to an end last week, it’s time to get after it!!!! Thanks to all those that supported our boys this season it was a good one!! This is a nice (though tougher) variation of the feet on the floor plank. I’m going to add this one to my routine now. I’ve gotten up to about 2 minutes with the feet on the floor. It will be interesting to see how long I can go with the “wall plank”.
