Here are 3 exercises that you can throw in your workout to mix it up. The first one should be done by those with a strong core and that can do abdominal rollouts with ease. The second and third are great when you combo them “knee tucks” to “jacknifes” will get your core on fire. three sets of 12 should do the job.
