“2 Ball Passing Drill” is something we like to use in the beginning of practice to get our guys ready to go👊🏼💥 The drill is fast and fun!
Right Leg x5, Left Leg x5, Right + Left x5, Left + Right x5. You can add more reps, totally up to you! Also, you can put groups against each other, first group through wins!
