Top 3 Hip Strengthening Exercises!!!

First off, Feliz Dia De Los Madres!!! In the spirit of Mexico and Shakira songs being on the radio every three minutes, I figured a hip strengthening vid was in order!!!!! Obviously, exercises like squats, cleans, snatches are amazing for increasing your hips explosiveness. These three exercises do a fantastic job of isolating your hips, and are extremely better for you than those “giving birth” hip abduction and adduction machines.
