In Season Basketball Strength Training: Arm Circuit!!!!!!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!!! During hoop season time spent in the weight room is always limited; due to practice and academic schedules. Here is a quick arm circuit that you can have your athletes use. 3×8 at each spot DB curl hold; 3×10 overhead rope extension, 3×10 Tricep pushdown. Create a great day! -Coach T
