“Go Somewhere w Dribble Drill” Improves Basketball Fundamentals

Chest bump, Chest bump!!!! This drill helps to warmup your body as well as improve on jumpstops (on balance), ball fakes, shot fakes, and using your dribble to go somewhere. These are great tools to use against over aggressive defenders. Create a great day! -Coach T
