“Project Karma” Luke Mohrlang Day 113!!!!!


Coach T is at it again with a very hard working, disciplined, and focused “Project Karma” participant. I have watched Luke change his body in the span of 4 months and his “never satisfied” attitude and work ethic is going to propel him past his weight loss goals!!!! In this video Luke supersets exercises for reps or time intervals. By combining exercises you are more time efficient, expend more energy, and definitely get a better workout i.e. longer “after burn” (burn more calories after your workout is completed, some studies have showed after burns lasting up to 48 hours!!!!!!). Keep up the great work Luke and keep destroying those personal goals!!! -Coach T
