Luke Mohrlang Day 49- Lost 30 pounds!!!

Project Karma in full effect!!! Luke said it best, “no secret, no excuses, just work hard and your body will do the rest” exactly Lukey you are doing a great job!!!! Luke has cut out soda, fast food, and is limiting his alcohol consumption to one night a week. He is keeping a food journal, recording everything he eats, drinks, how much sleep he gets and keeps track of his workouts. He is tearing it up, stay tuned to see what this man is capable of accomplishing in one year!!!
