“Rambo” combines kettle bell clean-to-press and dumbbell half jacks in a ladder format; 10-1. Have workout timed, and athletes must beat their precious time. It took me 5:02 to complete it, I know you can beat my time! Thanks for viewing and sticking with my YouTube channel over the years, I really appreciate it!

Create a great day!

Start off using a tennis shoe and once you can balance that throughout the exercise then move onto a light kettle bell.

A great exercise that works you from your toes to your nose!!!!! Start off using a tennis shoe and once you can balance that throughout the exercise then move onto a light kettle bell. Break the exercise into steps:
-Roll to punch, whatever arm is in punch position that leg is bent.
-Raise to elbow.
-To hand.
-To plank.
-To sweeping leg through (looking straight ahead).
-To stand.

Coming down a key movement is to stick (kettle bell side) hip out, which will bring the ground to you. Then you just go to hand, elbow, and to starting position punch. Create a great day!!!! -Coach T
