These two core exercises are great to mix in with your normal routine. Many people ask me if you can work your core everyday. The answer is kinda <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> if you are doing the same workout ie 4&#215;100 crunches, your back is going to be in trouble. What I do with my clients, my athletes, and what I have learned interning at Cal Berkeley is that you want to mix up the kind of training. One day do mb exercises, one day planks, one day weighted movements for your core, and so on. This will ensure your core is trained in different facets, the movements it will need when called upon in life and sports! Create a great day and send us some great energy tomm. night! -Coach T</p>
