I haven&#8217;t even had time to shave!!!!!! Here are 3 exercises that you can throw in your workout to mix it up.  The first one should be done by those with a strong core and that can do abdominal rollouts with ease.  The second and third are great when you combo them &#8220;knee tucks&#8221; to &#8220;jacknifes&#8221; will get your core on fire.  three sets of 12 should do the job.
