Obviously, exercises like squats, cleans, snatches are amazing for increasing your hips explosiveness. These three exercises do a fantastic job of isolating your hips, and are extremely better for you than those &#8220;giving birth&#8221; hip abduction and adduction machines.  Guys we don&#8217;t look too manly on those things, and they can trigger low back and sciatic issues.  Thanks for viewing and create a great day!!!! -Coach T</p>
