Olympic Lifts are great for improving power and explosiveness. In this video ScottThom.com covers 3 lifts; Deadlift, Power Clean, and the Clean, Pushpress, Back Squat. These are the tip of the iceberg for Olympic Lifts and should give you a good base so, you can move on to the more difficult ones; Snatch, Overhead Squat, etc. If you are focused on increasing your explosiveness and power these 3 lifts will help you.
