    Scott,
I would just like to express my appreciation for providing such informative and helpful videos for people to view – free of charge.
I started working out, consistently, while in high school and it definitely has had nothing but positive effects on my life and I believe that it has the potential to change everyone in a positive way. Thanks again – chest bump!

    Scott,

Thank you for posting this material and for keeping it free of charge. Your low back pain stretch video cured my lower back pain and allowed me to get back to a serious exercise routine!

coach, first of all I think this is a fabulous website. My request may be a little detail. I have 13 year old twins and they have a few friends wha are talented ball players. I think weight training and some on court training can improve them tremendously. I have some decent knowledge of weight traing and the phases. I have been coaching a variety of sports for 10 yrs. I wanted to know if you could share a preseason, season and off season program to follow specifically for basketball.

Hi Scott, I am getting really serious into basketball and want to play a long time, I saw your YouTube video on 3 Exercises For The Knee or something like that… The first exercise with the medicine ball looks like a leg extension with a ball instead off with weights on bench. I have heard leg extensions are terrible for knee… What are the main exercises I should avoid to prevent knee injury and what are some exercises to strength my knee to prevent injury and maybe some strectches for it. I don’t want to risk getting injured. Any foods good for bones and kbee as well?
