Way to go Coach T!
Congratulations on the role you’ve been playing in society, giving an awesome example in the form of promoting physical education and sharing a bit of your wisdom with those in need.
Keep it strong and hope to meet sometime Brow.

Scott!! Aunt Judy just gave me the name of your website yesterday its great I love what you’re doing. Look at Larrys arms I’m impressed haha. I just graduated from Cal Poly in Kinesiology so I am also a HUGE physical activity junkie…I did a lot of work at Cal Poly advocating for physical activity for people with disabilities and made a youtube video and if I knew how to do a website I would have loved to do that too this is great. Anyways keep up the good work, your mom was so excited and auntie alma says youre “just a huge strong boy” so I had to check it out haha
talk to you soon. Emily

Hey
Coach T. I’m about 6″ use to be able to like grab rim and was almost able to dunk until several ankle problems, screwed me over, can you reccommend me some workouts that will help strenghten my ankle and regain and improve my vertical. Thanks
