@samsinger2 and @sdomingo31 going through the cone to cone warmup drill. Set two cones a good distance apart, players are allowed only one dribble to get passed second cone and shoot. Make 6 shots on right side of cone using your right hand, then 6 makes on left side of cone using their left hand. You can add floaters, pro hops, or what have you want, once they pass the second cone. I like this drill because it gets the motor going for your players and they see the ball go through the hoop over and over again. @kevytv for the footage, thanks for watching and create a great day!
