Metabolic Finisher “Farmers Complex” w Kettle Bells

Hope everyone is having a great week!!! Here is a great leg and shoulder workout. My best buddy and fellow trainer showed me this great “Complex” that when done correctly will get you that “after burn” you’re looking for out of your workout!!! 1. KB Squats x10
2. KB Farmers walk (traps engaged) x30 ft.
3. KB Cleans x10
4. KB Front Lunge x30 ft
5. KB Front Squat x10
6. KB Press Walk x30 ft
7. KB Shoulder press x10
8. KB Lunge with press x30 ft.
9. Act like it’s no big deal, and you’re ready for next set…. DON’T THROW UP 🙂
