Jumping Into The Basics Of Plyometrics!!!!!!

Thanks for visiting!!!!! Here are some basic plyometric exercises that done two times a week will increase your jumping ability.   2. Yes you can do this workout on days that you practice but, make sure to keep the rep range low 3×5 reps. Two times a week of plyo work is adequate. -Coach T
