Improve One Leg Power w Bulgarian Lunge!!!!

Chest Bump Everybody!!!! Sorry, it’s been so long since posting a vid, it’s hoop season and we are at the tail end preparing for the final push before playoffs!!!!!!! The Bulgarian Lunge has received much attention lately, it is also known as Rear Elevated Split Squat. A great exercise to incorporate on your lower body training days. Your back leg is elevated on a box or bench, front leg is set out in front, knee alignment over ankle, core is engaged, chest out, posture straight. Superset this exercise with some squat jumps, two foot bounds and your legs will be D-O-N-E!!! Create a great day-Coach T

3×8 reps each leg

  2. This is really a good exercise. I’m doing this after every workout and when I am so exhausted for a jog. I’m a bit surprised because I sweat a lot doing this. Thanks for this post, it’s helpful and it’s worth a share.

  3. I can see how that would work but I don’t know if I could keep my balance throughout it. I have enough trouble with basic lunges and a 10lb weight.

  4. Great exercise! easy sweating…
