Band Resisted Abdominal Rollout!!!

Here is a advance version of the abdominal rollout that my good friend Josh Schlottman showed me. By using the band you must control the movement even more than usual, make sure back is set, core is tight as if someone is going to punch you in the stomach, and really exhale with force throughout the exercise.
