Overall Strength and Balance for Basketball using the Trx

Using the TRX http://www.fitnessanywhere.com/trx-training/military-fitness/ I demonstrate two great exercises that you can do immediately after doing back squats, front squats, power cleans, pretty much any two foot power exercise. The benefit of going from a two foot exercise to a one foot exercise (bilateral to unilateral) your body has to adapt to the differences balance, diff. movement pattern, etc. Anytime you can throw in the TRX good things are going to happen this piece of equipment is AMAZING! Keep the rep range low and focus on the quality of the exercise, be explosive yet UNDER CONTROL.
