Medicine Ball Core Circuit #1!!!!

Hey everybody hope you had a great weekend!!!! Here is a great core circuit that you can throw into your workout. Grab an adequate Medicine Ball and your workout partner; http://TrainerJosh.com in my case and go two times through at 20 repetitions at each exercise; MB takeaways, MB Opposite hand touches, MB Crunch w/ Resistance, and MB touches.
